We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for all of our products, including both ready-to-wear and custom leather jackets.

2. Shipping Times

Ready-to-Wear Jackets: Typically ships within 7-8 working days.
Custom Jackets: Once you approve your design, your custom jacket will be shipped within 10 working days.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders! No hidden fees, no minimum purchase requirements—just free delivery to your doorstep.

4. No Shipping Fees
We do not charge any additional shipping, handling, or delivery fees. What you see is what you pay!

5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties or taxes for international shipments are our responsibility, so you don’t need to worry about extra costs.

6. Tracking
Currently, we do not offer tracking for shipments. However, rest assured that we carefully pack and ship all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we do not take responsibility for lost items, as this is extremely rare. After 2 days, we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage claims.

8. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns. Please ensure that you’re happy with your selection before purchasing. For custom jackets, once the design is confirmed, we begin production, and no changes can be made after that point.

9. Custom Jackets
For custom jacket orders, the creation and shipping process typically takes 10 working days after you confirm your design. Please note that we will begin working on your jacket immediately after design approval.
