5. Shipping and Delivery

Ready-to-Wear Jackets: These will typically ship within 7-8 working days.
Custom Jackets: Once your design is confirmed, your custom jacket will be shipped within 10 working days.
Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or strikes. If there are any such delays, we will notify you promptly via email.

6. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds. Please make sure to carefully review the product details and jacket descriptions before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

7. Liability Limitations
Before we ship your order, we make a video to show that the product is in perfect condition and packed securely. We take great care to pack your jacket properly, so it should arrive without any damage. If, for any reason, the product is damaged when it reaches you, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. If we do not hear from you within this time, any damage will be your responsibility, and we will not be held liable. In such cases, you will not be able to take legal action against us.
